My dog hates these
These had no give at all so my poor dog wouldn't even move while wearing them. I have wrapped his legs by hand and he doesn't care, I put these on and he just stands there. Horrible.

A SM does not properly fit a Maltese.
I could not use it because of the size, this may be good for larger dogs.
