So far so good
With such an expensive toy you would think that replacement chargers would be readily available. But they're not. This one does appear to work with the Sphero Ultimate Lightning McQueen. As soon as it was plugged in the lights came on and Lightning started talking and charging.

False advertisement
This product Does not work for Sphero”s Ultimate Lighting McQueen! The port that goes into The car itself Is too short the power won’t even come on because it’s not even touching the connector this was a waste of my money and waste of my time and clearly false AdvertisementIn fact, Sphero Need to have a number that we can contact and get answers as to why you don’t sell a replacement charger for your products especially such a very expensive product as the ultimate lightning McQueen by Sphero. I bought The ultimate lightning McQueen itself for Christmas 2020 unfortunately the charger that came with the car broke in two days so trying to find a replacement has been the most hardest thing ever I’ve been everywhere from Home Depot to Walmart to Best Buy and target nothing works for this car I’ve tried to contact Spiro only to not get an answer one person who is written of you on this product says it worked for them But I honestly don’t believe we have the same product because mines it’s not working at all because it’s too short to even power up the car my advice to you all is just don’t buy the ultimate lightning McQueen because trying to replace a charger for an extremely expensive toy should not be this hard good luck
