I had one that lasted over two years before I lost it while traveling.My partner got one and loves it too, and I’ve recommended to family n friends.The replacement one I purchased must have had a dud battery because after less than 6 months it stopped working- would flash red green blue- no matter how long I charged it for and only worked sporadically.Though it took a bit of work, since you can’t contact the company directly and amazon customer service help isn’t much after the return window closes, I left a review and posted a question to the company under the product. They reached out via email, and sent me a replacement one! I was PLEASANTLY surprised.I recommend over other hand held water pics - I’ve tried several. And the convenience of it not taking up half the counter, and being able to be super compact for travel is great! It means no matter where I am, I know I can easily ensure I’m keeping up my oral health without sacrificing on product power or quality.The three settings are great, gentle, pulse, and strong. It holds a charge for a long time, and charges quickly.The multiple tips it comes with are nice, I find the normal tip, and the silicon super fine tip are the ones I normally use.I’ve noticed a huge difference not just in gum health, but gut health, and I sleep better since I use it before I brush my teeth before turning in.I have receding gums, so was wary for a long time about a water pic of any kind, I can honestly say I wish I had of found this sooner.Highly recommend!Make sure to run all the water out of the line, and open it up by pulling the top and bottom apart to let it dry out completely between uses to keep it clean.

I really like this little water flosser. It's compact so that makes it perfect for travel. I'd say just about as powerful as my regular one that I use at home. I'd definitely recommend it.

This small, convenient product is very effective and leaves my teeth feeling clean. I love it for travelling, as it fits easily with other toiletries and has been very reliable. I have crowns and an implant, so I really need to use it every night to remove food debris. The battery lasts a long time, and charging with a USB cord is easy. The water capacity is limited by it's small size, so I usually have to refill it and use a second tankful to feel like I've completely cleaned my teeth. On my unit, the nozzle was very difficult to remove at first; I had to grip it with my teeth to remove it from the unit for storage, but that got better over the months. It worked perfectly for 18 months, but it then suddenly stopped working. I need to call customer service to

I wanted a water flosser that is compact and easy for travel. This seemed perfect.Pros;-Decent value-Small form factor when packed in-Battery lasts pretty long before needing to charge-Type C port for chargingCons;-It only has massage or floss. I find that massage is pretty useless, it should have a strong/weak power setting instead. This thing can hurt your gums at first if you’re not used to it.-After a year and a half of use, this thing would randomly start and stop without me touching it. Up to the point the battery dies.It was pretty great while it lasted.

Love the compact size, enough water to do entire mouth and then some, easy to take apart and dr/clean. Comes with extra tips for different needs. Charges quickly. Will be great for travel.

Hey, it really works great! I love this water flosser. I'll be honest I didn't expect much for the price. But I have been very pleasantly surprised. It's powerful enough too. I love the compact size and that the tip fits inside for travel. Plus, it’s lightweight for airline luggage limits. It held a charge for the two weeks I was traveling. Now you can be totally refreshed. It comes with extra tips which is perfect for when there's no bidet. Yep, that's the unadvertised secret...just be careful not to mix them up! You're welcome!

It works as described. I had difficulty mounting the piece to the device, and the instructions were missing. I could sanitize it by running it with vinegar followed by water. The water tank is enough for carrying in a purse but not enough for cleaning all teeth. However, I let it run and refilled the tank twice or thrice. That would be the fastest. The battery has been charged once and I have used it for about 20 minutes so far.
