A.C. Legg - Barbecue Seasoning and Rub - 8 Ounce

I'm now a believer in A.C. Legg' s products. This is my third order of their products, and I have been overwhelmed with the taste, the quality, and the price. I used this barbecue rub on a pork loin roast. I rubbed it down to cover the roast, vacuum sealed it and put it in the fridge for five days. I smoked it for about three hours with cherry wood, and I gotta tell you, it was phenomenal! I definitely think the vacuum sealing helped to impregnate the pork with the flavors. The recommendations are to allow to marinate for 24 hours, but I would give it a few more days to really get the flavors into the meat. I can't wait to try it on brisket and ribs! A must buy product!

Excellent flavor. Used this rub on a Boston butt roast that I smoked. Turned out GREAT! I have used other A. C. Legg seasonings & have been happy with the results!

This stuff is delicious and I put it on way too much stuff. If I serve it to guests as seasoning on smoked meats, grilled chicken or pork chops, they always asked what I used. A+ stuff.

I’ve used Leggs seasoning for a pork rub for a long time.. Pork tenderloins on the smoker. Rub meat liberally with yellow mustard. Coat with Leggs seasoning. Refrigerate for a few hours. Smoke at 250 until meat is 145. Delicious.

This is the best seasoning and all my daughter wil eat on a pork chop 🤣
