Delivery was before the scheduled date and very quick.The height of the plant is as described but I was expecting it to be more bushy than it is. It currently looks like a tall, thin sparse specimen. However it arrived looking healthy and presumably will thicken up although as it is described as slow growing I’m not sure how long that will take .

The leaves on my tree went brown and fell off and now the trees dead. I contacted the seller for help and advice and they just said: I am afraid due to the time this has been in your care, we cannot assist any further. Thanks. I've asked the question on their item how many peoples trees have died and around 50% of the answers was the same as mine. Died within 6 months and sellers was unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend this tree or seller to anyone

I bought this tree as a Xmas present for my son-in-law. It arrived quicker than expected, sturdily packaged and in excellent condition. It was probably more like 8’ tall, so I was impresssed with the Garden Centre. To say Mark was delighted is an understatement and it was soon planted. I would recommend this seller and would use them again without hesitation
