This is a fast usb card. I love it. Easy to install, I had it installed and working in 10 minutes.

Got this board to hook up an external USB 3.2 Raid array.Im not getting anywhere near the speeds advertised - but that is more likely due to the limits of the PC I installed it in and Ive never had luck with USB getting anywhere near the advertised speeds in general.The speed is better than the built in USB 3.0 ports - but I am only getting around 35 mbs copying about 1 TB worth of files. The built in ports are about half that.Now that I have backed up the PC I need to look into a new pc that might get better speeds and Il update the review at that point

Hey, it provides 20Gbps (2x2) USB speeds so how can I knock it? Two ports would be nice, however, I don't know if the chip supports that so I'm not counting that against it. Delivered quickly.

Nice looking PCIe card, but it will not migrate in Windows 10. There are no drivers available in Windows 10 updates or web search via device manager. The ASMedia USB 3.20 reverts (backwards) to USB 3.1, but it is highly unstable. The connected devices drop connection and attempt to reconnect in rapid succession... I have not heard back from Ableconn regarding the availability of a stable driver package. I do not recommend this card at this time... :-(

I have an older PC without USB-C ports, and have gathered some USB-C devices over the past years. Instead of using a converter to USB-A, I now have an actual USB-C port in my machine.Unfortunately, it does not appear to support Windows 10 out of the box (even though it is advertised as 'No driver installation is required on Windows 10'), and I cannot get anything that I plug in to be recognized. Not even my Android phone, which does show up on my laptop when I connect it with the same cable. When I look at the device manager, the device does show up, but in a failed state.Based on some of the other reviews, it may be that the device is working but is just not fully compatible with Windows 10. Or maybe I received a faulty device. Very disappointing.

If you just need to add USB support to an older computer, this is probably not the card you want, as there are cards out there that have several USB 3 (not Gen2.1) ports on them. This card is for giving your computer USB 3 Gen 2.1 support, which you probably don't need, unless you have a corresponding device that also supports USB 3 Gen 2.1. I installed this on my Linux computer, and it works just fine. Of course, USB 3 Gen 2.1 is backwards compatible, so this card should work with all USB devices, but you'll get the most benefit out of this card, when used with a USB 3 Gen 2.1 device.

新しく購入したHPのPC(ProDesk 405 G8 SFF)の USB3.2 GEN2 と"称する"ポートが全くインチキで、GEN1よりも遅いという代物だったので、追加のカードを探しておりました。（何かつまらない原因だと思っていたら、結局解決できず。旧PCは処分したし、リモートワークで使い始めてしまってるのであきらめた。まあUSB-Aだし、他のGEN1のポートは元気なので別に良いかと。）追加の電源が必要ないもので、最低10GbpsのUSB-C、ロープロファイルという製品を探してこの製品を見つかました。レビュー数も少ないので、半ば賭けで購入しました。何とも簡単に取付完了。PC停止→取り付け→起動 まで５分かからず。普通に認識(Windows 11 PRO)しました。20Gbpsのテスト環境は無いので、一応10Gbps対応の　バッファロー SSD-PH1.0U3-BA　のベンチを載せておきます。キオクシア SSD-PKP2.0U3-B/N　もほぼ同様の結果です。ほかのデバイスも試しましたが、今のところ問題ありません。ただ、梱包が酷すぎ。安っぽい箱に、テープで止められてもいない。少し開いていて、最初中古かもしれない、と思ったほど。（・・・中古じゃないよね～）なので星マイナス１。
