does not meet expectations
the cartridge doesn't fit properly into its housing, leading to ink leaks into the body of the pen and poor regulation of the nib's ink flow, resulting in excess ink and ink stains.I'm very disappointed with this product, which doesn't meet my expectations at all.

I'm a cartoonist/comic book illustrator and love these pens!My 'Holy Grail' has been to find a G-nip pen that I don't have to keep dipping and doesn't clog. (Like most adapted traditional fountain pens do.) The feed on these Ackerman Pens is super smooth, and the ink just flows... couldn't be happier!

Bad experience
I never received any successful help, the product arrived incomplete, then sent missing but incomplete and not very functional to the pen I bought.
