For this much $ they could have made a better velcro and the aluminum anchor could have been a tiny bit more beefy to compensate for the amount of weight now being removed from that side of the rc vehicle. But—the velcro is really the most important part of this exchange and it cheap and that’s why they send you an extra one.Updated review and rating 5/2/2021Just like I suspected, the flimsy straps broke and my brand new $100 traxxas maxx 4s battery was smashed and destroyed on the first use. Very upsetting. Raidenracing products are a joke—they are cheap and can cost you more money in damages to your rc than they are worth.

The brackets look great, but the strap is mediocre at best. Broke in 2 places and released the battery within 5 minutes of install. No way mine would have held up to any bashing.If you want to spend over $20 on pretty brackets and then be prepared to spend another $10 on a good strap, then go ahead and get these.

The straps are about the lowest quality I could imagine and the screws are too short. There isn't enough threads to make good contact. The stock screws are much longer and work just fine. For the prices of this product, the quality really isn't there.

Really nice looking strap. Holds the battery down firmly and included stainless screws are an added bonus.
