There is nothing to dislike with these noodles! I have tryed others and they were soggy and fell apart and didn't have much taste. These are the closest thing to regular flour noodles you will ever find!!

Fantastic and delicious noodles, a staple in my gf home. Closest thing to Remes noodles I've found. Chicken and noodles or beef and noodles, they are just lovely for either!

Finding a quality gluten free product is hard. This one is awesome I made homemade chicken noodle soup and they get tender but not mushy.

Noodles are hard to find that are gluten free and these are pretty good. The problem with gluten free is they don't reheat very well but are fine the first day.
