The blue bled all over my white sheets. Also, it's not very comfortable. The chin pad is horribly itchy. I might have to just throw it away. No way am I washing my sheets over and over again.

I have a normal-sized head, but these chinstraps are so small that they barely work. The chinstraps are so tight that they are painful. I could no get through the night using this chinstrap. If you have a normal-sized head, buy a larger chinstrap.

do you have to have it very tight on your head and it does slip off alone just not just not
