Delta T17494-CZ-I Linden Shower Faucet, Without Rough, Champagne Bronze

I did not install this and left it up to a professional. He said it was straight forward, but I did need to purchase a Delta Faucet R10000-UNBX MultiChoice Universal Tub and Shower Valve Body to complete the job.

Bought this in both the chrome and black for a couple of ADU rentals we are building. I really wanted the set with a separate handheld, but as our plumber hadn’t accounted for that and didn’t plumb a second hole for the handheld, we were limited to shopping for these simpler systems in which the showerhead is detachable from the top and can be used as an attachable handheld. Love the Delta and how timeless and chic the handle is, just wish the actual showerhead was a tad more attractive as it is on the small side and doesn’t do the large format tile we installed justice.

It’s just the hose and shower head, no valve

My contractor installed this. It works well and looks good but he must have had trouble because there are scratches on the pipe right above where the head is. Not noticings, so I’m not worried. Also no longer can fit one of those things you hang to hold shampoo bottles, but that’s okay too. I like that you can keep the temperature consistent and just turn the water on or off. Makes baths for my little one easier.

The media could not be loaded.  Its mostly plastic, but looks great and more importantly it works well-for now. Later on I may change out the tub spout for a metal one, but not worried with that at this moment. When you are on a budget, like myself but want something better than standard, its definitely a great buy over the more expensive options.

the problem is not my pipes because the previous shower head i had had a LOT more water pressure. it looks nice but the water is maximized at a pretty gentle trickle. i am already wondering when it would be too soon to get it replaced.

Beautiful color, but on this particular set, the finish is spotting terrible and we can’t seem to fix it. Other pieces in this finish are fine, so I might have gotten a lemon. Only has been installed 5 months…and the only option may be to change it all out with a new set.

I really like this shower fixture. Note that this specific item number is associated with the commercial grade fixture, a higher grade than the version that is often in big box stores. Before you buy any such fixture, I would suggest going to Delta or the manufacturer website and search commercial grade, get the item number and run it in Amazon. Of the commercial grade, this is on the lower end since the top line commercial grade of the shower dial itself is about $300-400 on Amazon. You have to decide what price point you want and jump in. This price point, however, is about what you would pay in Lowes for a non-commercial grade fixture.As noted by others you do need to buy the valve separately off Amazon. Other posts note the correct item number for that valve so look for it. If you are having a plumber install the shower unit for you, note that you need the valve much further in advance than he will install the fixtures at the tail end. If any work is being done on the shower, the plumber will need to rough out the plumbing first and the valve is needed in that process. So, check with your contractor/plumber, but likely you want to buy that valve quickly and have it ready when they will be doing the rough plumbing work. Otherwise the plumber will have to come back later on when it is there and it can slow down your project.The last point I would make is - the shower head is just very nice in its water flow. I have not noticed any slow down in pressure when both are on as some have noted. My best guess is that the problem they note is not the shower head itself but maybe either their plumbing fittings in the wall, or their water pressure to the house. Some note that it is tough to get the smaller hand held wand back in the main head, and it takes a little practice but not too bad. But the flow of both together really is like a large shower head, with the option of the wand for cleaning the shower/tub or otherwise. Definitely would recommend.

We haven't installed it yet, so that is why we did not rate it, but it looks beautiful and was exactly what we were looking for!!

Love the product overall but hate the cheap hose provided.. that was disappointing and I ended up buying a better one, so spent more money than anticipated.

I purchased this trim set for my bathroom renovation. The same set was being sold through the installer at nearly twice the price. Can’t beat Amazon prices! This set looks SO sharp. I love it!! The shower head has many settings. Very luxurious.

It is ok if you pay between the $100-180 that I did, more than that, go to a full metal version.It looks nice and the showerhead is amazing!
