This is NOT the same Lively Up as I have had every morning for years.When this new packaging arrived, I had every reason to believe that it was the same product. Sadly, it is not. It doesn’t taste the same. It’s not as full-bodied as it was. It’s just meh. The previous product was organic and fair trade. This is branded as fair trade only. Its predecessor was a lower acid coffee. It was perfect. Dark roast, full bodied, recyclable k cups, organic and fair trade all while being lower acid. The added bonus was the Marley family name behind it. This new version is an inferior product in every way. No longer low acid. No longer full bodied. No longer organic.Marley Coffee, Lively Up yourself and don’t be no drag. Please bring back the former product in all of its Marley glory.

I used to buy this brand all the time. But it is not the same. Whoever took this brand over is not doing right by it. The 6 pack that arrived was almost expired and because of the covid, not returnable. So #1 it is a waste of money to me. Secondly, the coffee is terrible. The flavor is either way too weak, or way too bitter and strong, depending on the box. These used to be the best, but got so expensive I stopped purchasing. Now I know why Marley was taken over and not found for a while. Now I know it is just awful and I don't advise anyone to waste their hard earned money like i did.

My husband and I have been using this coffee for years and the past 3 months we have had issues with every order. The coffee tastes burnt and the k-cups keep breaking open. We have had to throw out at least half of the k cups from the last two orders. I guess we will have to find a new seller. Bummed.

Terrible! I wrote a review when I bought this coffee. I don't see it listed in the reviews so I'm writing another one. This was my first time buying this coffee. I was looking for an Ethiopian blend because the one I bought before cost too much. Anyway, this coffe said it's for kcups but it's not. Out of 24 kcups, that have have used so far, I've only gotten 1 to work. Sadly, I have to open each kcup and pour the coffee into the reusable kcup. The coffee taste terrible, but since it's not refundable and cost a lot, I'm forced to deal with it. I have thrown some of the pods into the trash, but is trying to use others. I will not but this again. I do not recommend this coffee to anyone. Also, it does not work in kcup 2.0.

This is NOT the Marley coffee i have purchased in the past. The flavor/taste of this coffee is blah at best. The Marley One Love i purchased previously was fully of flavor and fresh tasting. This used to be my all time favorite, but i will have to purchase elsewhere.

Giving it 3 stars because he says it's good. I poured my cup down the drain. To me it was beyond bitter and not pleasant at all. He likes dark bitter coffees so this suited him. One of his favorites is Cafe Bustelo (not the espresso variety, though) to give a reference. I prefer medium roasts with a smooth finish. Hazelnut or pecan are nice, for example, and I tend to order mocha lattes for a point of reference.To be fair to the coffee I am giving 3 stars since we're a house divided. I will not be ordering it again unless he asks for it. Even with whipped cream and cocoa / sugar it was too biting for me.

I favor dark roasts and while this was a medium/dark roast, was curious enough to try it. I am glad that I did and in fact, think after my first cup of Victor Allen's Seattle Dark, this will be my go-to cup. It is by no means weak and thankfully, neither bitter. Good, all-around flavor. On my Keurig Elite, I choose cup size #3 and that seems to work well for me. Behind V.A.'s Seattle Dark (first thing in the morning), this is my second favorite cup. Definitely worth trying!

I am pregnant and have been avoiding all the caffeine and chemical decaf. I was happy to have found a Swiss water decaf K-Cup, but I enjoy a dark roast like Colombian or similar and this just tastes a bit watery to me. It still works but will not be ordering again.
