Aug2020: Bought a size small. I'm 5'8", 170lbs, with a 32" waist. Fits great, have fused it for yoga, cardio, HIIT, and weight training. Builds up a great sweat and a fast warm-up. After handwashing, stiches still seem good. Easy to clean and dries fast.Update, Oct2020: Might not be ideal for daily use. The stiches don't seem so good anymore and the trim along the vest has come loose. Also the layers of the vest are starting to bubble apart like a bad tint job, making the vest hard to wash thoroughly and thus is starting to smell funky.

I wore this vest one time and hand washed it like is says to do (on the smallest tag ever created by mankind) and the material started to stick to itself. When I pulled it apart, it appears that there is an inside and outside layer with another material between them. The material between them began to deteriorate. Spend the money and get one you can wear twice.

Cheap material. Not true to size. Zipper broke when I was trying it on. Very disappointed.

This was my second purchase. The first one I messed up by washing it in the machine so I got another one. At first it was great but after a few hand washes it certainly started to not fit the same and now it doesn't fit well enough to even wear anymore.

This piece of crap looked nice and felt nice after 1 use i put it to wash and dry and it shredded like paper Its useless.

Got it in today played ball in it it really works it does exactly what it says I recommend if you're trying to loose weight
