bearings fell out from the caster wheels
Got this dolly because the Magliner is twice the cost, but this dolly is twice as heavy. Very sturdy steel dolly. I'm 5 years in and went though 2 sets of air tires. Then bearings fell out from the caster wheels. I couldn't find replacements at Home Depot or Lowes so I checked Amazon. I bought the Magliner 131020 caster wheels. They fit but are a little loose. I might need a rubber washer or gasket with a 1" hole to take up the space. The bolt hole is about 1/4 inch further from the base (why I need the washer), which works but is a little loose. The rod is also smaller so it fits in the pipe but better than too large.Other than that this dolly is solid and should last me many more years.

Arrived broken
Unit arrived with one of the stops broken. The rivets are not there as if they were never even installed. Poor construction. Will not bu again. The return policy is ridiculous and so is the exchange.

Handles like a dream
Great for moving the boxes we get at the shop every Monday. Handles wonderfully! Definitely recommend!

The wheels are the only thing not quality
I found out after first use that the wheels are junk. replace the with solid wheels and ur golden. good value and quality

Wheel won't stop falling off.
Cart is falling apart. I've barly had it for 6 months and now for months the left wheel keeps falling off. I put it back together and now it falls off atleast once a day.The right wheel keeps locking up. It has a weird design so I can't just buy a new wheel and put it there. And I can't buy a new wheel online, sucks makes working hard.

Works great for my business
Updated: 5 months later and I have to replace the castor wheel part, wheel bearing went bad.The castor wheels aren't the best (wobbily when moving light product) but overall it works very well for me. I distribute product into grocery stores and the extra length really helps out with big orders, and it holds up very well outside in the snow

Heavy Duty, Commercial Grade
First thing I noticed , when it arrived today, was how heavy this is. It’s not a flimsy, bargain-hunter hand truck. The wheels are huge and very sturdy. It’s capable of stairs in its upright position. It’s capable of moving appliances, with proper strapping, should you need to do so. Took about 40 minutes to put together, but I’m not mechanically inclined either. I’m sure someone with that talent could put it together in 20 minutes or so.

Heavy Duty!
We were concerned that it was going to be on the flimsy side - it's not.Purchased for work, it is just as easy to use and durable as the ones you see used by professional delivery men.The blue stripe is protective film - it comes off if you want.
