I tried cauliflower as a rice substitute in a restaurant and decided I'd give it a try at home. The whole family complained of the smell while it was cooking and nobody ate it after the first few bites. Either the chef at the restaurant added something more than the ingredients we were told or this product was bad because it was horrible.

Seemed very salty and my husband, son and I didn't really like it at all. I will stick with ricing my own cauliflower and adding my own cheese and spices. I don't think it really will take that much longer than the 12 minutes it took to cook this.

This is a greate product, good for lunch or dinner.

I can't even get to the stage of tasting this!These cooking instructions are AWFUL. The packaging promotes cooking the whole bag at once to make 1lb yet this is aimed for keto dieting which focuses on portion controlled carb counting. What?I'm not cooking the whole bag and rushing to eat it all week so it doesn't go bad! Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! What is wrong with people! This bag is FIVE servings why am I cooking this all at once- who says I have a family to feed? I'm battling an eating disorder; prior food binger- I'm so irritated they are promoting a temptation of a large portioned feast to indulge in.The nutrition facts say 1/2 cup is one serving so I figure I can just wing it YET this says 1/2 cooked. If this expands during cooking then this measurement is also useless! Just tell me how to cook ONE serving, what is so difficult about this request.I paid 8 bucks for this, I guess its going to just sit in my cupboard cause i'm not going to ruin it. I've never had to CALL a boxed dinner company for instructions but that's the only way Ill be able to.Why have a resealable zip-lock top if you are making us just cook the whole bag?Is anyone out there actually intelligent and logical and can give me this simple instruction???
