Love that it’s one a day

I can't really speak as to whether or not this is doing anything liver wise until I have lab work done, but I have been taking various brands (depending on availability) of black seed oil for a few years. I do notice less pain and inflammation in my arthritic hands when I take it. This gel cap is very thick around the middle, I would say it is the fattest cap I have ever seen. I generally can swallow several pills of varying sizes at once but I have never been able to swallow this one by itself without difficulty. It feels a little stuck every single time and for that reason would probably not order this brand again unless I have no other choice.

It's difficult to find milk thistle from a trusted company. Purchasing organic herbs is so important and goes a long way to provide the security you are buying the best. Environmental toxins continue to increase and I take this regularly for liver support. I have had no problems with liver enzyme elevations. Grateful for this product
