This is my fourth Bonison bottle, I have bought 2 x black, 1 blue and 1 green. I can thoroughly recommend them for carrying water or your beverage of choice! Glass bottles are so much healthier for any type of drink, and the water keeps more fresh and tastier than when using plastic or steel bottles. The Bonison bottle is perfect size, it sits well in car cup holders (where many other bottles are too big) and fits your grip. Compared to plastic bottles, it keeps the water cold for longer, perhaps helped by the nylon cover. It is safe for warm drinks as well, although I haven't tried it. I also like the nylon cover and the practical hook that helps you carry it.It is the best designed water bottle that I have tried, among dozens of bottles, considering the lid , the size, and the stylish nylon cover. In my experience having tried dozens of water bottles, the common problems are: leaking (from top if it accidentally lies down), liquid getting warm too fast, lid takes too long to take off and put back, clinking noise from bottle and lid, and poor design/style. None of this is an issue with Bonison! It is the perfect bottle. And the strong borosilicate glass keeps it from breaking. I am sure this is not my last Bonison, as it is a perfect gift!

So, I've wanted to leave a review for various reasons.For a while I've wanted to buy a glass bottle, and after reading the pros and cons of other buyers experience I just bought it (which I must admit it scared the hell of a lot because I live in Chile, South America and I wasn't sure if it was going to survive the trip)IT DID!First, and my biggest concern. I read the glass was too thin and it broke immediately. Seriously? You want a bulletproof bottle? Take care of it, of course it can break it's made of glass, the right hit (even if it's not too hard) and it can break or crack. The thickness is right, not to fragile nor it's heavy, so you can take it with you even in your purse.Now the sleeve. At some point, after almost deciding that it wasn't worth it, I read that the nylon sleeve wasn't secure enough and at some point it might fall. I don't know about them, perhaps they had it upside down and thought the bottle was anti-gravity, but believe me, it suits well. It's not going to fall, for some reason this bottle has a good rating. As for keeping the temperature hot/cold or in/out, yeah it helps. It doesn't keep the water frozed-like-after-taking-it-out-of-the-fridge and specially not in the middle of a summer day, but like I said it helps a bit to keep it fresh for a little while more (seriously, I don't know what people are expecting, not even a thermo can keep the cold or heat as they advertised. Use common sense, please!)And lastly, the cap. The main reason I bought it.It's amazing. Nothing more and nothing less. It works, but please, make sure it's closed correctly before you decide to do something that involves a lot of movement.And a bonus just because arrived one day before expected: If you decide to buy it, just remember it clearly says in the description it CAN be put in the dishwasher, BUT it's RECOMMENDED to hand wash it. Don't be lazy and don't risk it, for a reason they were kind enough to give you a free brush with it.

This is a good glass water bottle. The walls aren't overly thick, but there is a cloth case (light grey for me) which keeps it safe. I like the strap on the fabric cover, it makes it easy to carry. This comes with a brush to clean your bottle. The opening isn't very wide, so you can only get narrow ice cubes inside. I have ice maker ones at work and have to insert them slowly one by one. The cover is a metal one you unscrew and take off, so you can't easily replace it between sips to prevent spills, which is fine for my purposes but may not be for others. I like glass water bottles because the water tastes better than in plastic ones. It's a cute style as well, even thought the cloth case does say Bonison on it.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call today because of a review I posted with an issue with the bottle. I purchased this bottle for my sorority sister and she was really excited to own a glass bottle. Long story short the bottle broke for whatever reason when it was in the fridge. The company contacted me and the girl was very friendly and apologetic and she is sending me a new bottle. I really did not expect this!! I was honestly just going to purchase a new bottle because my sister did enjoy the bottle that much!About the bottle: It's the perfect size to carry around in your hand. The glass is super hard and well crafted! The sleeve holder is super stylish and well stitched and the color is really nice. Also, they are super affordable for glass bottles that run so high at whole foods or some place like that. I will definitely purchase more of these in the future.

I've been using this bottle only for three weeks or so, but I've loved it more and more. The water tastes great and the bottle is easy to clean, not to mention that it looks quite stylish. The opening is perfect (not managed to spill any on myself yet) and the thickness of the glass is pleasant to the lips. The silicone in the cap did have a chemical odor for the first week or so, but it is completely gone now.

It broke. :-( I know it's glass and that happens, just hoped it would be longer than three months. It had dropped before, even rolling across a moving boat, but this time the angle must have been wrong. Aside from that, I liked it over all. The sleeve had a chemical smell upon arrival, but it dissipated after a bit. I would like the design better if it was a little wider, it was unstable in standard cup holders. Lastly, a strap to connect the bottle and the cap would be great. It doesn't insulate much at all, but I like water room temperature. Good price, half that of most others.

Remove the sleeve and see for yourself, the glass quality is impeccable, which speaks of it being free of cadminum and other stuff.
