I have only had it for two days. No idea about weight yet. Too early to tell. Pleasantly surprised with the taste. It isn't bad. I have definitely noticed a difference in my energy level. I actually have energy. The bloating is better also.

I just started using this product. So far it has helped with resetting my metabolism and restarting my weight loss efforts. It does not taste bad at all however i do prefer it with some honey. I am currently drinking one cup in the morning and one mid day. As long as I drink water throughout the day I have no bad side effects. I am very pleased so far and would recommend this item.

It does not come as packaged. It is just a plain blend of tea,does not have any ingredients that actually help,so for the price you could buy a blend of green/black teas in your grocery store for a whole lot less.

This does give me more energy and it does help with feeling bloated. I actually really like the taste which I didn’t expect. I drink it black with no sweetener. I don’t think I’ve lost any additional weight persay but I feel good.

The first time I ordered this it came in a box and each tea bag individual wrapped and had string attached for easy removal from cup and it also had an amazing taste. This time it came in a bag. The tea bags were not individually wrapped and there is no flavor whatsoever. So many people talk about reordering and reviewing something totally different. I want the first box I ordered because I had amazing results with that and it tasted great. Very disappointed.

This tea is actually pretty great, in the beginning I wasn’t so sure it was doing anything but I’m almost done and I’ve lost about 4 pounds! I wasn’t just sitting on my butt all day, I do at home workouts and walk/run a few miles a day, but I was already doing that before the tea so the tea REALLY helped. Another reason I did the tea is because I think I’m lactose intolerant and needed a cleanse and it really worked at getting all of the bad stuff out of my system! Gave me energy and curves cravings. I will be buying again!:)

This tea does curb your appetite really well if taken as directed. There is no recommended amount of illiquid but I suggest between 6-8oz. The taste isnt too bad. I dont add anything to my teas, I just drink it at is. I dont have any strange urges to use the bathroom which I know is a concern with "detoxes". I'm just beginning so I will update if anything changes.

After all the positive reviews about this tea, I have to say I was very disappointed. I drank 2 to 3 cups per day and have seen no benefits.
